The essence of natural minimalism, this beautifully proportioned mug is hand-thrown on the wheel by potter, Tracie Hervy. The mug is then hand-glazed and fired in Tracie’s signature matte white. We love how the beautiful brown tones of unglazed clay peek through.
Because each mug is handmade no two are precisely the same.
Tracie Hervy’s signature ceramics combine clean lines and minimal shapes to maximum effect. “All the superfluities have been stripped away to reveal their essence,” she says. Tracie began her work in ceramics at Greenwich House Pottery in New York City and earned her master’s degree in fine arts at the Rhode Island School of Design. (Read more)
