During these turbulent and uncertain times, small rituals have never been more important. By mindfully creating meditative, thoughtful moments we can slow down, feel calmer and more grounded, and reflect on the positive things in our lives. Establishing rituals couldn’t be simpler. Begin by finding a tranquil spot in your home and creating an altar with personal, purposeful objects. Help purify the air and bring positive energy to the space by lighting Palo Santo sticks or White Sage bundles. Then close your eyes and consciously connect with the core of your being - at least for a few precious minutes.
