Two colorways define the Yama Heirloom Throw Pillow, each reading differently against its ground. Woven in Peru from superfine alpaca and undyed Peruvian cotton at 23" x 11" and 2.0 lbs with the insert, the pillow holds its position across a headboard or sofa back without shifting.

The Stripe

The color on the Yama is deepest at the center, easing outward through warm taupe into the ivory or oatmeal base. Earth carries a near-black center that warms into an ivory ground. Forest opens at dark forest green, easing into a cooler oatmeal ground. In both colorways, every yarn outside the central color comes directly from the natural fleece with no dye applied.

The Warmth in the Fiber

Superfine alpaca is hollow at its core, trapping warmth inside each strand so the fiber insulates at a low weight. Settle the Yama across the lap on a winter evening, and the alpaca surface warms the skin quickly. The undyed Peruvian cotton in the blend maintains the pillow's structure through years of handling.
