Wooden Spoon Set for the Whole Stove

This wooden spoon set is made by artisans at a Pennsylvania workshop from American black cherry. Every piece arrives oiled with food-grade mineral oil and ready for the first cook.

What Each Piece Does

The Strainer Spoon lifts ravioli and poached eggs, and the three slots of the Slotted Spoon drain broth back into the pot. The 2" wide Large Spurtle moves through risotto, the deep-bowled Wooden Spoon stirs and serves, and the Corner Spoon follows the curve of a skillet. The Resting Corner Spoon hooks its side notch over the rim between stirs, while the right-handed Wooden Turner Spatula slides eggs off cast iron and turns pancakes in one motion.

On the Black Cherry

The grain differs from piece to piece, pale and fine in some and warmer and streaked in others. The wood stays smooth against cast iron and enamel, and each 12" handle keeps the hand clear of the heat. Add more from the Kitchen Tools and Accessories collection to round out the drawer.
