Dried broom corn (Sorghum vulgare)
Broom Corn isn’t corn at all but instead a grain plant called sorghum that is used in the making of traditional brooms. It looks much like corn when it grows but instead of corn ears it produces natural red-orange seed pod heads atop straw broom style stalks. Dried Broom Corn looks stunning en masse or as part of other dried arrangements.
