The essence of minimalism, this simple, versatile vase is wheel-thrown by potter Tracie Hervy using a scrabble stoneware bisque. They are matte white outside and glazed in Tracie’s signature glossy white inside. They feature a small opening that makes them perfect to display a bunch of happy yarrow or roses as well as simple spray. Use them as minimalist vases or double duty as a small vessel for pens and pencil on your desktop.
Tracie Hervy’s signature ceramics combine clean lines and minimal shapes to maximum effect. “All the superfluities have been stripped away to reveal their essence,” she says. Tracie began her work in ceramics at Greenwich House Pottery in New York City and earned her master’s degree in fine arts at the Rhode Island School of Design. (Read more)
