Long considered a powerful symbol of good luck and prosperity, the Braided Money Tree, is actually a type of Bonsai. It’s name derives from the symbolism of the braided trunk,symbolizing the intertwining of wealth and good fortune.
Also commonly known as the Pachira plant, it is extremely resilient and easy to care for. It thrives in bright indirect light, and prefers to have its soil dry out before watering. Money Trees are non-toxic to pets and are very effective air purifiers. They make wonderful housewarming gifts
Kokedamas are an ancient form of Japanese Bonsai that dates to around 1600 AD. These living planters are made with moss, soil, twine, and a plant. They have a sunny disposition and are low maintenance.
Use a balanced liquid fertilizer monthly. Stop fertilizing during the winter when plant growth slows.
Kokedama plants come as shown, wrapped in moss , in your choice of a small terra cotta tray in either Tray for Basic Planter, Grey Patina or Tray for Basic Planter, White Patina.
Please note that the kokedamas you receive may be smaller and less mature than the ones photographed. They will be eager for growth in their new home!
