Its bold, upright growth makes it a favorite among interior designers and plant lovers alike, adding a lush, sculptural element to any space. Perfect for homes, offices, and commercial settings, this plant thrives in bright, indirect light and brings a fresh, natural feel to your décor.

Each Fiddle Leaf Fig is unique, with variations in size and leaf shape that develop as the plant matures. With proper care, this plant will grow tall and vibrant, making it an elegant focal point in any room.

Kokedamas, an ancient Japanese gardening technique dating back to 1600 AD, are unique moss and soil-based planters. These low-maintenance living planters thrive in sunlight and require minimal care, making them perfect for modern homes.

Sizing and coloration per plant will vary due to seasonality and availability. These live plants typically range between 8 to 24 inches in height and 6 to 12 inches in width, making them suitable for various display options.

Pair your Fiddle Leaf Fig with a Granite Stand, Terra Cotta Planter, or a stylish Wrought Iron Plant Stand, sold separately here.

When to Repot:

When you begin to see the root structure of the plant protrude out of the moss ball, it's time to consider moving it to a pot.

Repotting Steps:

  1. Find a pot: Choose a pot that is roughly 1/2" wider in circumference than the moss ball.
  2. Add Potting Soil: Fill the bottom of the pot with potting soil. Add enough soil so that when the ball is placed in the pot, the top of the ball sits slightly above the top of the pot.
  3. Place the Ball: Place the entire ball (string and moss included) into the pot and add soil around it.
  4. Soil Level: Ensure the top of the ball sits 1/2" above the soil line.
  5. Water and Adjust: Water the plant and add additional soil if needed to maintain the proper soil level.

Shipping Logistics

These will be shipped directly to you from our grower.Any other Bloomist purchases will be shipped separately.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS generally on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, and only in the Continental US; we cannot ship internationally nor to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Live plants are shipped on a weather-permitting basis. If the forecast calls for cold temperatures along the shipping route, we'll hold your plant for the minimum number of days required to ship it safely.  Temperature swings in shipping can sometimes cause a temporary shock to a plant causing one or two leaves to yellow. This does not impact the health of the plant. Simply remove the leaves and care for the plant as directed. Live plants cannot be returned or exchanged. Contact us immediately if any issues with your order.
