Didn’t get the color I wanted
"I saw these vases in a local gift shop that I really liked, but was exorbitantly priced. The vase came well packaged for shipping, and is nice and well made. But, bc there’s no way to specify the color family when ordering, I unfortunately got a dark vase when I wanted a white/neutral vase like I saw in the gift shop. I should have emailed the company when I placed my order to ask them to make sure to send me a white vase, but that didn’t occur to me. The random nature of ordering without being able to specify the color family is disappointing. Now I have a vase that kind of annoys me instead of giving me pleasure. Bloomist, you should consider allowing customers to specify the color family (ie black, white, gray) when they order."
