Shipping policy
We believe every detail matters—from the care we put into crafting our products to the attention we give to delivering them safely to your home. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order:
Shipping Times
For in-stock items, choosing Ground shipping typically means your order will arrive within 3-9 business days. If you select Expedited Shipping, your order will be prioritized and arrive sooner. Orders placed on weekends or after 3 PM EST on weekdays will begin processing the next business day. We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Thoughtful Packaging
We take extra care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Some products, like live plants, delicate decor, or furniture, may require additional time to package thoughtfully for safe delivery. These steps reflect our commitment to quality and the love we put into every Bloomist product.
Split Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages. Larger or heavyweight items, like furniture or rugs, may ship separately and could include a white-glove delivery fee, which will always be noted on the product page.
Military Addresses and P.O. Boxes
We’re proud to offer shipping to military addresses (APO/FPO). However, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Back-Ordered Items
Occasionally, items may be back-ordered or temporarily out of stock. If this happens, the product page will include an option to receive an email or text when the item is available.
Shipping Costs and Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your cart total and are displayed clearly at checkout. Oversized or specialty items, such as furniture, may incur additional shipping fees, which will also be displayed upfront. Shipments to AK/HI/PR and Canada will incur additional surcharges.

For expedited shipping, a shipping fee of $23 is added to the tier shipping rate.

For orders outside the United States and Canada, we’re happy to help! Please reach out to us at hello@bloomist.com to request a custom shipping quote. Our team will work with you to ensure your Bloomist items reach you wherever you are.

If anything goes wrong, filing a claim takes just a few clicks, and we’ll quickly issue a refund or reshipment so you can enjoy your Bloomist items without delay.
