Please allow between 1-3 business days for in-stock orders to be shipped. When your order ships, you will receive a notification and tracking number sent to your email. Please be assured that our team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. As always, we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. If you select Ground Shipping, your order will spend 2-5 business days in transit. If you select Expedited Shipping, your order will spend 1-3 business days in transit.
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 that are headed to any destination within the continental United States. Any order under $150 shipping within the continental US will have a small flat-rate fee of $11.25.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not available at this time. Any order that ships over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses) are charged extra based on the carrier and is subject to a surcharge at check out.
ORDER PROTECTION
OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items. If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few click. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved. To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.
If Order Protection is removed at checkout and/or not applied to your order, Bloomist is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
