Yuko Sato studied pottery at art college in Tokyo. Since moving to San Francisco in 1996 she has continued to work in clay, both hand building and throwing functional vessels and objects. When she’s not at the wheel, Yuko is the chef at the much lauded restaurant, Rintaro.
