The perfect Ikebana bowl, hand thrown by Judy Jackson, exclusively for Bloomist. These bowls are designed to be used with our oval and round stone frogs as well a Niwaki's Kenzan frogs. These also do double duty as centerpiece bowls when planted with succulents or moss.
The hand throwing and dipping process accentuates the subtle evidence of the potter's hand in perfectly imperfect forms and textural, layered application of glazes. No two are alike.
Each piece is made to order. The firing and glazing process requires approximately 10 days before they are ready to be shipped.
