Our artisan partners at Sien + Co. travel to the highlands of Peru to source the finest sheep’s wool for this this wonderfully soft pillow. The wool is hand spun and dyed with natural pigments and minerals before being woven on looms by women in rural communities who have inherited and preserved this ancient crafting tradition.

ABOUT SIEN + CO. DESIGN

Founded in 2016 by Utah native Alexandra Gibson, Sien + Co. works with artisan groups in Peru and Argentina to create sustainably made, ethically produced home wares for the global market. During a trip to Kathmandu, Alexandra and her then 4-year old daughter stumbled upon a cooperative of Nepali women artisans, and after a week spent observing their craft and hearing their stories, Alexandra quit her job in Silicon Valley to follow her new passion for artisan made textiles. Product Care

Never put your wool pillows in the washing machine or dryer. Spot clean carefully as needed or handwash in cold water with liquid wool or delicate detergent. Roll up pillow in a towel to soak up the excess water and gently squeeze out excess water and lie flat in the shade to dry.
