Origanum vulgare

Part of the ornamental Oregano family, this beautiful blooming plant is equal parts herb and flower producing bushy dark green stems and leaves and wands of burgundy-pink blossoms and in late summer and fall.

Popular with butterflies and beneficial insects in the garden, Oregano flowers hold their color beautifully when dried and look striking alone or mixed with dried botanicals in complementary colors and textures.
