Alex Gibson of Sien + Co. travels to the dry forests of Argentina to source the best organic sheep’s wool for these super soft, handmade pillows. The wool is hand spun and dyed with natural pigments and minerals before being woven on looms by women in rural communities who have inherited and preserved this ancient crafting tradition. Layer and mix with our linen pillows and other Sien + Co. pillows.

Insert Option: This pillow cover can be ordered with or without a premium down insert. To include an insert, simply select that option from the drop-down menu. Each insert is made with a 100% cotton cover filled with 90% duck feathers and 10% goose down, giving it a soft, cozy feel. For the best shape and loft, inserts are sized 2 inches larger than the cover, so a 25x25 cover will be paired with a 27x27 insert.

ABOUT SIEN + CO. DESIGN

Founded in 2016 by Utah native Alexandra Gibson, Sien + Co. works with artisan groups in Peru and Argentina to create sustainably made, ethically produced home wares for the global market. During a trip to Kathmandu, Alexandra and her then 4-year old daughter stumbled upon a cooperative of Nepali women artisans, and after a week spent observing their craft and hearing their stories, Alexandra quit her job in Silicon Valley to follow her new passion for artisan made textiles. Product Care

Never put your wool pillows in the washing machine or dryer. Spot clean carefully as needed or handwash in cold water with liquid wool or delicate detergent. Roll up pillow in a towel to soak up the excess water and gently squeeze out excess water and lie flat in the shade to dry.
