Our private reserve is a small-batch, raw unfiltered honey crafted exclusively for Bloomist in collaboration with Woodlife Ranch, a family-owned farm nestled in the hills of Berkshire County, Massachusetts. Each jar is tapped from a thriving, chemical-free apiary, left completely unfiltered, preserving natural beneficial compounds and rich complexity of flavor, and bottled in glass, bearing the maker’s stamp of handmade quality. 

Thick, golden, and full of depth, this is a raw pure honey to savor. Use it daily in warm teas or drizzled over toast, but also keep a jar aside for moments that call for something more special: a seasonal cheese board, a housewarming gift, or a weekend dinner party with loved ones.

Why Crystallization Is a Sign of Quality in Raw Honey 

Raw honey will naturally crystallize over time, reflecting the presence of the natural nutrients and enzymes left intact. Crystallization is a sign of purity and proof that your honey is free of any additives or excessive processing. To return to a liquid form, warm the open jar gently in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.
