Finer than Merino and soft as cashmere. Our luxurious camel hair throw is woven using 100% sustainable, cruelty-free camel hair from Bactrian camels in Mongolia. While most camels have short hair, Bactrian camels have long lustrous hair that’s thermo-regulated to keep them warm in the cold and cool in hot temperatures, and this translates into warm, highly breathable camel hair fabric.

Unlike other wool production methods that typically involve shearing off the animals’ hairs, camel hair is harvested when Bactrian camels naturally shed their winter coats during the spring. Drape it over the back of a sofa or chair and mix and match with ivory handmade shag and Libeco Nash and Nairobi pillows.
