I tried to return this item. Definitely not as advertised. But you replied you had closed your business.

Was super excited about this wreath. The berries did not feel secure to the wreath and one of the berry bunches had fallen off before removing from the box. Overall i love this idea but could not justify the price for the quality and have initiated a return.
