Love this piece. It makes lighting candles so much more fun. Be sure to use "strike anywhere" matches.
I love it, it’s unique and useful. It’s very organic. I would recommend this match striker.
Your customer service was topnotch. The only reason I didn’t keep the match striker was that, in person, the cement is darker and pebbled. I was expecting a light gray concrete type object. No complaints! Just not my vibe in the room.
We're sorry to hear the rock was not what you were hoping for, but do very much appreciate the feedback!
Sadly, this item does not work. You need to break 8 match sticks before you can even get a spark off the rock. I was very excited about the product and wanted to support a small business but it just simply does not work. They even sent me a new rock, thinking it was a defect, but it was not.
Hi there! We are sorry to hear that you struck out with matches. Are you using Strike Anywhere matches? With a strong, sturdy strike that should work.
This is what a typical attempt to light a match with this thing looks like. I average about 5 that don’t strike or break before I finally get one to light. Extremely frustrating. I obviously know how to light a match, so I don’t know why everyone else seems to have such good luck with it and I don’t...
Hello! We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the striker. Please only use Strike Anywhere matches, as with a strong, sturdy strike, they should work.
Does not work, already tried replacement and using right matches.
