This meticulously crafted desk is made using sturdy, hardwearing FSC-certified Oak from sustainably managed European forests. Fusing Nordic and Japanese design principles, the desk is perfectly proportioned and as minimalist as can be. Comprising 2 rounded legs and a tabletop leaning against the wall it takes up as little space as possible and works in multiple rooms. Use it in the hallway as a place to drop your keys and mail, as a minimalist TV stand in the living room, or as a vanity in the bedroom.  

The Georg is designed for Skagerak by Chris Liljenberg Halstrom, a Denmark native who inherited her passion for Nordic design from her Swedish mother and Danish father.

Care: Oak is a sturdy and hardwearing type of wood containing natural tannins that will protect against bacterial growth. The wood comes with no finish. If you choose not to treat it with soap or oil, use a suitable cleaning agent for wood.
