Harvested by hand from high-elevation groves and cold-pressed within hours, this exceptional oil is made entirely from Moraiolo olives grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, using traditional, time-honored methods. Cold-extracted and unfiltered, it preserves the oil’s full nutritional integrity—rich in polyphenols, naturally low in acidity, and vibrant in flavor.
The result is a fresh, luminous oil with a green, herbal aroma and a clean finish that’s subtly bitter and mildly peppery.
