These large scale unglazed ceramic pots were collected by our antique dealer in China and vetted and curated by us before making their journey west. Originally intended for functional uses like storing grains, this gray vase is naturally weathered by the elements and has a matte patina with unique markings. Arrange it alone or in a sprawling group on a bookshelf or sideboard (stunning!) or fill it with a dramatic arrangement of foraged greenery on a hallway table.
If using this gray vase to arrange fresh flowers, we recommend inserting a water-tight glass or ceramic vase (not included) as the ceramic pots are unglazed and therefore neither waterproof nor frost-proof if using outdoors as planters. Because they are vintage, each gray vase is unique, though similar in shape and size as shown.
