In the interest of safety, the Bloomist team is working from home and our warehouse has implemented all the CDC recommended protocols to protect the safety of their staff, including delivery drivers staying outside. In addition, our popup at In Seven Words in Washington D.C. will be temporarily closed until further notice.
As of March 17th, items can be returned for a refund within 60 days of delivery. If your purchase was made on March 1st through March 16th, please email email@example.com or text 833.256.6620 and we'd be happy to apply the 60 day return policy to your shipment.
We are continuing to monitor the responses of shipping carriers and how they could impact our operations and your orders. We will keep you posted if we experience any potential disruption.
