These highly functioning ceramic frogs come in square and rectangular with whitewash and weathered grey patinas, just like the patinas on our Atuto pots. Handmade exclusively for Bloomist by artisans in Honduras using local clay, they feature multiple holes on top making them ideal for ikebana.
Watertight to hold fresh flowers as well as dried or EcoFaux™.
Atuto founder, Holland Millis, has worked with skilled craft-workers in Honduras for decades. A former Peace Corps volunteer from North Carolina, he leads the Atuto group in Sabanagrande, Honduras, which produces pieces made from clay, metal, stone, fiber, and wood. (Read more)

creative floral vessel
I bought as gifts and loved how each one is slightly different, which also helped in creating little arrangements that was special to each ceramic frog block. Artisan made and it shows!

Use this perfectly imperfect frog for simple and striking floral arrangements or as an object d’ art. I used mine with flowering quince to brighten a corner of my family room. I love this unique, handmade piece. I can always count on Bloomist to curate special items for my home.
