This naturally beautiful flattish bowl is created by rolling a wood grain pattern into the porcelain.
Use as a tray for Bloomist Beeswax Pillars, smoldering Sage or as a catch-all for jewelry and trinkets. Also lovely for use with cocktail nibbles or as a butter dish.
Expect slight variations in glaze color and size. Matte glazes can show wear and may develop a patina over time. (You can’t control nature.)
Not long ago, husband-and-wife team Daniel Oates and Dana Brandwein led typically atypical New York City careers: Oates was a well-known sculptor, while Brandwein spent 20 years in the record industry, working alongside artists like AC/DC, Metallica, and Björk.
