ABOUT NEWBURGH POTTERY

Owned and operated by David Moldover and his wife Jenny, The Newburgh Pottery is located in the town of Newburgh in the heart of the Hudson Valley. In addition to offering pottery classes for budding artists of all levels, David and Jenny design and craft ceramics for restaurants and stores in the area and in New York City. As a result, The Newburgh Pottery has become a vibrant hub for the creative community in the county. “Communities form in studios like this,” explains David. “It doesn’t matter what your age or background is; everyone has this one passion in common, and so everyone is on a level playing field. You’ll never feel more welcome anywhere than you’ll feel in a studio.”

David and Jenny also undertake private commissions.

BOWL NOT AS DESCRIBED and VERY OVER PRICED

This bowl is NOT worth $148. It does not look like the bowl on the website and is not as described on the website. It does not have the "unique variations" in the glaze as written on the website. The glaze is just a plain uniform color throughout. It is also a different shape - flared at the rim instead of more vertical. This is a $20 bowl.
